A Disney Mermaid

"A Disney Mermaid" (dmermaid.gif, 388x476x2, 6122 bytes) is ninth in a continuing series of fine Disney fanart drawings by Bob Ito <ito@[...]>.

_A Mermaid_ (Pl.55) is one of his most delicate conceptions,
and understandably he has lingered long in bringing it to
perfection....The mermaid combs her hair while the small waves turn
endlessly behind her on the sea-margin and the massive rocks. As
always, Waterhouse is able to capture the natural moment of
stillness; the comb pressed to the end of the auburn tress, the
parted lips and dreaming eyes speaking of thoughts far away...

_A (Disney) Mermaid_ (388x476x2, 6122 bytes) is one of his most
delicate conceptions, and understandably he has lingered long in
bringing it to perfection...The mermaid combs her hair while the
small waves turn endlessly behind her and her finned friend on
the sea-margin and the massive rocks. As always, Ito is able to
capture the natural moment of stillness; the dinglehopper pressed to
the end of the auburn tress, the parted lips and dreaming eyes
speaking of princes on land far away, the cup she stole from another
	Disney movie...
